The place looks modern, but it feels over-designed. Everything is there, including a sofa, kitchen, terrace, and common area, and the terrace is nice. A Rewe supermarket is nearby, there is a nice park close by, and access to transport is fine with bus 31 and tram 4. It is quiet, at least when the hotel is empty.
